We offer all-inclusive implementation of market research in Central and Eastern Europe - market mapping by means of desk research, fieldwork execution on the relevant target group (by telephone, mail or face-to-face) as well as data analysis, marketing recommendations and follow-up support. If requested, we can mediate co-operation with an advertising or training agency. All this at fair prices.
Our main business is quantitative research (B2C, B2B, satisfaction studies, standard omnibus surveys), one-off as well as tracking research. We mainly specialise in telephone surveys - both consumer and business, covering all Central and Eastern Europe. All-inclusive execution of a project is usually a matter of 3 to 4 weeks, with fieldwork completed mostly within 2 weeks.
Apart from quantitative surveys we also carry out desk research projects which are lead by our project managers in cooperation with external experts in the given area. The desk research method is especially applicable for primary market mapping, often in combination with expert in-depth interviews.
In our service portfolio you will also find qualitative projects (focus groups, in-depth interviews). Focus groups are always moderated by an experienced psychologist specialising in the given area (foodstuffs, pharma, automotive etc.). Video recording, translation or viewing facilities are a matter of course.
As a standard, all outputs are provided in the local language and, if requested, in English, French or German. As a rule, translations are provided by a specialised language agency. We completely work on the MS Windows, MS Office and SPSS/ASCII platforms, which ensures us full compatibility with absolute majority of our clients.
